아기곰이 아래 층에 내려와 자기의 조그만 식탁의자에 앉았다. 자기 그릇을 들여다보니 비어 있었다!

"누가 내 죽을 먹어 버렸지?!" 그가 울상을 지었다.

아빠곰이 식탁에 와서 자기의 커다란 의자에 앉았다. 그가 자기 그릇을 들여다 보니 역시 비어 있었다! "내 죽을 누가 먹어 버린 거야?!" 그가 고함쳤다.

엄마곰이 부엌에서, 음식 나오는 쪽문에 머리를 내밀며 소리쳤다, "그만들 좀 하라구요, 우리집은 허구한 날 왜 이 모양이람? 난 그 망할놈의 죽을 아직 끓이지도 않았단 말예욧!!"

Three Bears

Baby Bear goes downstairs and sits in his small chair at the table. He looks into his small bowl. It is empty!

"Who's been eating my porridge?!" he squeaks.

Daddy Bear arrives at the table and sits in his big chair. He looks into his big bowl. It is also empty! "Who's been eating my porridge?!" he roars.

Mummy Bear puts her head through the serving hatch from the kitchen and screams, "For God's sake, how many times do we have to go through this? I haven't made the fucking porridge yet!!".
